The stated measurement refers to the approximate necklace length. Where applicable, adjustable or extension lengths will be stated in the product description.
Sizing may vary slightly because of the nature of jewellery production and measurement.

Delivery & Collection
Local orders only. Please ensure that your mailing address is a Singapore address.
Registered mailbox postage is available at $3 per order. A tracking code will be provided after the order has been dispatched and you can expect your order to reach you within 2 working days from when you receive your order tracking code.
Complimentary registered mailbox postage is available for orders above $500.

Packaging
Each order is carefully prepared and presented in Cheri Gold Atelier packaging suitable for gifting and safekeeping.
Packaging may vary according to the jewellery type, size and quantity purchased. Please store your jewellery in the provided packaging when it is not being worn to help protect it from scratches, moisture and tangling.
Paper bags will only be provided upon request for gifting purposes.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligible in-stock jewellery may be exchanged once within 7 days from the invoice date.
Earrings, discounted items, engraved items, customised items, made-to-order items and pre-order items are not eligible for exchange.
If you discover a manufacturing defect or size discrepancy, contact cherigoldatelier@gmail.com within 7 days and provide:
• Your online order or invoice number
• A description of the issue
• Your contact number
• Clear photographs of the item, where applicable
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Approved exchanges must be completed in-store within 7 days of approval. Please bring the original invoice and the unworn item in its original packaging with its product tag intact.
Eligible items may be exchanged for jewellery of the same gold purity and of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid. If a lower-value item is selected, the difference will not be refunded.
