DELIVERY AND COLLECTION POLICY
Delivery area
Cheri Gold Atelier currently fulfils orders only to Singapore mailing addresses. We do not presently offer international shipping.
Registered mailbox postage
Orders may be delivered using registered mailbox postage with a tracking code. A flat delivery fee of S$3 applies.
Registered mailbox postage is free for orders above S$500.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied at checkout are complete and accurate.
Once the carrier records a parcel as successfully delivered, Cheri Gold Atelier is unable to provide a replacement or refund for a parcel that is subsequently lost or stolen. If there is a delivery problem, please contact us promptly and we will assist with the available carrier information.

Please wait until you receive our message confirming that your order is ready. Collection is available only during the shop’s published opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation or invoice when collecting your order.
Urgent or customer-arranged courier collection
If you wish to arrange your own courier, please select self-collection at checkout and contact us before scheduling the pickup. Collection must take place only after we have confirmed that the order is ready and during opening hours.
Cheri Gold Atelier is not responsible for loss or damage after an order has been handed to a courier arranged by the customer.
Packaging
Jewellery will be securely packed for delivery or collection. If you require separate packaging or a paper bag for gifting, please contact us promptly after placing your order. Multiple items may otherwise be packed together to minimise unnecessary packaging.
