REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds and returns

Cheri Gold Atelier has a strict no-refund policy. All goods sold are non-returnable. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law where an item is defective, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange period for eligible in-stock jewellery, starting from the date shown on the invoice.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Earrings
• Discounted or promotional purchases
• Custom-engraved or personalised items
• Customised, altered, resized or made-to-order items
• Pre-ordered items
• Items that have been worn, damaged or changed after purchase

Please inspect your purchase promptly upon receipt. If you discover a manufacturing defect, damage or a size discrepancy, contact cherigoldatelier@gmail.com within 7 days and provide:
• Your online order number, if applicable
• Your invoice number
• A description and photographs of the issue
• Your mobile number

We will review your request and confirm whether an exchange can be offered. An approved exchange must be completed in store within 7 days of approval.

Exchange conditions

Please bring the original invoice and return the item in its original condition and packaging, with its product tag intact. We cannot process an exchange if these requirements are not met.

Eligible items may be exchanged once for another item of the same material and of equal or higher value. Any difference in price must be paid. If the replacement item costs less, the difference will not be refunded or issued as credit.
