We take reasonable care to describe and display our jewellery accurately. Colours, proportions and appearance may vary slightly between screens and handmade or individually finished pieces may have natural variations. Product availability, quantities and purchase limits may change without notice.
Gold weights, sizes and measurements shown online may be approximate unless stated otherwise. For customised, altered or made-to-order jewellery, the final specifications and price may be confirmed separately before completion.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors and may cancel or decline an affected order, with any amount already paid refunded through the original payment method where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact and payment information. An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, pricing errors, stock unavailability or inaccurate customer information. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange the applicable refund.
CUSTOM, ALTERED AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Custom, personalised, engraved, resized, altered, made-to-order and pre-ordered items may require additional information, approval, production time or deposits. Once work has started or materials have been committed, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Any specific quotation, work-order acknowledgement or agreed specifications form part of your purchase terms.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery and self-collection are governed by our Delivery and Collection Policy. Please ensure that delivery and contact information is accurate and wait for a ready-for-collection notification before visiting for collection.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Exchange Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
