Packaging may vary according to the jewellery type, size and quantity purchased. Please store your jewellery in the provided packaging when it is not being worn to help protect it from scratches, moisture and tangling.

Paper bags will only be provided upon request for gifting purposes.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges
Eligible in-stock jewellery may be exchanged once within 7 days from the invoice date.

Earrings, discounted items, engraved items, customised items, made-to-order items and pre-order items are not eligible for exchange.

If you discover a manufacturing defect or size discrepancy, contact cherigoldatelier@gmail.com within 7 days and provide:

• Your online order or invoice number
• A description of the issue
• Your contact number
• Clear photographs of the item, where applicable

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Approved exchanges must be completed in-store within 7 days of approval. Please bring the original invoice and the unworn item in its original packaging with its product tag intact.

Eligible items may be exchanged for jewellery of the same gold purity and of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid. If a lower-value item is selected, the difference will not be refunded.
